Found in a private garage after some 20 years but in remarkable condition.
Breathing new life into this little gem required quite a bit of work. New fuel pump and fuel lines, carbs stripped down,
new jets and needle valves. Brakes stripped down new pads and shoes. There was need for a small amount of welding on the
edges of the boot floor but the rest of the body is very solid. There is a receipt in the file for bodywork and a respray
from the early 80's, whoever did the work did an honest job.
Much of the interior was missing so we sourced period seats and trim to suit the car. The car has it's original steering wheel.
Tax exempt, the car has just passed it's MOT at the first attempt (21 May 2009).
